This entry represents the C-terminal catalytic domain of NADase from Streptococcus pyogenes. The domain shows structural similarity to ADP-ribosyl transferases but functions as a pure glycohydrolase. It contains conserved ARTT motifs including the catalytically essential Glu391. The domain depletes cellular NAD+ stores and is inhibited by the immunity factor IFS.
